This is personal project of mine that is long overdue. I intend to draw one female character on every cartoon/animation/animé that has, one way or another, influenced me. And being a Filipino who was born in the 70s, there's no better start than Voltes V. I chose to color Megumi and the Volt Lander as high a saturation as I can to pay homage to the medium it was originally on. I also intentionally drew the Lander behind her to resemble the toy (I own the GX-31 Soul of Chogokin version) rather than try to modernize it in any way, again keeping with the original. [EDIT] To those who may not know what Voltes V was and is willing to read, click this [link] Dedicated to the child within us all. Kudos on a great sense of motion, and wonderfully capturing the nostalgia of the original animated series.

Don't mind me and my personal views, I'm simply a lemming when it comes to Voltes V.
